Its location in Breda, on the corner of Beverweg and Tereringsedijk, required a strong urban look. Striking, without claiming all the attention. There is now a robust tower with six residential floors and two lower volumes linked to it. The striking façade with its playful palette of bricks breaks up the tower's rigid and colossal structure. The lowest part of the complex links it to the pre-existing buildings.
