A modern residential building in a metropolitan district of The Hague, which makes an important contribution to the modernisation of the city with its urban design, sturdy brick, aluminium accents and coloured glass balconies. Perfectly placed, surrounded by industrial heritage sites, modern office buildings, flats, shops and The Hague University of Applied Sciences. The residential building is efficiently divided into flats of five different types, which are fully self-supporting in terms of energy consumption and metering. We opted for alternative energy sources and construction with sustainable, low-maintenance materials. Much attention has been paid to insulation: sound insulation between the homes and insulation from outside noise and weather. Despite its relatively modest size, the LED lighting makes the building eye-catching in this industrial area.
